These general conditions of sale are concluded between:
SAS VIMAVI, registered in France (French Republic) under number 898395967 (SIREN) and its registered office at 126, Boulevard Napoléon III, 06200 Nice. VIMAVI's EU VAT registration number is FR398998395967.
Below as User.
Any natural person visiting and/or wishing to make a purchase via the website www.my-vicky.com.
These terms and conditions apply to all products offered for sale on our website (hereinafter also referred to as "Products") and their purchases (hereinafter referred to as "the order / your order / placing an order / placing your order or the contract”) by a consumer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) via our website. A consumer within the meaning of these terms and conditions is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction by purchasing a Product via our website which, to a very large extent, cannot be attributed either to his commercial or independent professional activities.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products from our website.

The Products offered for sale by VIMAVI are those appearing on the www.my-vicky.com site, on the day the User consults the site.
The Products are offered for sale within the limits of available stocks. Product availability is checked by VIMAVI when the order is prepared.
The User is invited to consult the description of each Product to know its characteristics and to click on the “Size guide” tab to choose the right product.
Subject to availability, languages other than French on our website can be selected using the language switcher in the header of the website. For each language available, we provide and conclude the contract in the corresponding language version of these terms and conditions.
- Validate your cart
By clicking "Buy Now", you place a binding order for the Product(s) in your shopping cart and you agree to purchase and pay for the Product(s). Before this step, the shopping cart can be reviewed and modified at any time by clicking on the shopping cart icon displayed in the header of our website.
All orders are subject to our acceptance. The automatic confirmation email you receive after placing your order on our website is only a confirmation of your order and does not constitute acceptance of your order by us. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we send you an email confirming that the Product(s) have been dispatched, at which time a contract will come into force between you and us in respect of the Product(s) ( s) which has (have) been dispatched.
If we are unable to accept your order (or any part of your order), we will notify you by sending you an email and will not charge you for such Product(s). This may be, but is not limited to, because the Product is out of stock, fraud prevention (if we suspect the purchase may be fraudulent) or because we have identified an error in the price or the description of the Product(s). In case of payments already made, these will be refunded to you.
The processing of your order and the sending of all information related to your order are done by e-mail (partially automated). Therefore, you must ensure that the e-mail address given when ordering and / or in your account on our website is correct and that the receipt of the respective e-mails is guaranteed. In particular, you must ensure that the respective e-mails are not blocked by a spam filter.
- Creation of a User account
To create a User account, the User will be asked to complete a form and provide the following mandatory information: title, surname, first name, email address, postal address, telephone number.

If he wishes, the User can again connect to his account during his next visits using the identifiers provided (email address and password).
However, the User has the possibility of continuing his order without creating a User account by logging in as a guest. The User must then provide an email address, title, surname, first name, address and telephone number.
Your orders will be dispatched within 2 official working days following the day of placing your order on our website (working days are every day from Monday to Friday inclusive with the exception of public holidays in France). We ship all orders from our central warehouse located at, 39 bd François Grosso, 06000 Nice in France.
Delivery is made by a shipping service provider independent of us.
Delivery times shown on our website, where applicable, are approximate delivery times. Particularly for orders placed outside the European Union, delivery times may be impacted by delays in international transport and/or customs processing, if applicable.
Current delivery charges will be displayed at checkout and included in your order total.
The purchase prices of the Products indicated on our website are final prices and include the French Value Added Tax (VAT) at the legal rate applicable for all orders which must be sent to a country of the European Union.
Delivery costs are not included in the purchase price of the Products. Unless your order qualifies for free delivery, delivery costs are your responsibility and will be added to the purchase price of the Product(s) at checkout. Free delivery conditions and applicable delivery costs per country/region can be viewed by clicking on the “Delivery conditions” page of our website.
In the case of deliveries to a country that is not a member of the European Union, all applicable additional costs other than direct shipping costs that may arise during the delivery process (for example, customs duties, taxes national, etc.) will be at your expense.
We only accept:
Credit cards as a method of payment including Carte bleue , Visa card, Eurocard / Mastercard / Maestro, American Express
Paypal account : Paypal is an easy, fast and secure way to pay for your online purchases without entering your bank details. You can also pay securely by debit advice via Paypal.
Gift card : subject to its validity, the gift card is accepted as a means of payment. It can be used in one or more times and can be supplemented by any other means of payment.
The amount is debited from the User's account only according to the Products actually shipped. The User who has placed an order may receive invoices and credits only by e-mail in electronic form.
6/ Terms of delivery:
With Colissimo, the User remains informed of the various stages of delivery of his parcel by email and/or text message:
- For delivery to a post office or to a merchant: the User is informed as soon as his package is made available in the post office or merchant chosen.
- For home delivery: the User is informed 24 hours before the arrival of his package. If its size does not allow it to be delivered to a mailbox, it will be made available at the nearest post office.
- If the User has not come to collect his package within 5 days, a reminder will be sent to him to come and collect his package.
In addition, the User can track his package on the www.colissimo.fr website by entering his number.
Delivery by parcel relay
The parcel will be delivered to the Relais Colis collection point chosen at the time of delivery (Relais colis reserves the right to modify the choice of the initial Relais point in the event of high activity, such as during the Sales or Christmas periods).
Delivery by carrier
For bulky Products, delivery must be made by carrier. “Bulky Product” means any Product whose volume does not allow conventional delivery and requires dispatch by separate package, namely:
- a dimension greater than 130cm,
- or whose weight is greater than or equal to 30kg,
- or whose total sum of dimensions exceeds 200cm
In order to allow home delivery, the User agrees to provide, when placing the order, a correct and current address. In the event of a change of address between placing the order and delivery, the User must inform customer service so that the delivery services are informed. Failing this, SAS VIMAVI cannot be held responsible for a delivery error due to an incorrect address or a change of address.
- Processing and delivery times
The delivery times indicated above are only communicated as an indication. SAS VIMAVI cannot be held liable in the event of late delivery, for any reason whatsoever. Consequently, no claim for compensation of any kind whatsoever may be claimed by the User from SAS VIMAVI.
However, if the delivery of the order has not taken place within the time allowed, the User may ask the company SAS VIMAVI to make the delivery within a reasonable additional time by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
Following this request and without respecting the new deadline, the User is entitled to terminate his order by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the company SAS VIMAVI, in accordance with article L.216-2 of the Consumer Code .
In addition, during periods of sales, promotions or private sales and due to the large number of orders to be processed during these periods, order processing times may be longer.
- Withdrawal conditions
Once the package is available at the chosen collection point, the User will be informed by email of its availability. To make his withdrawal, the User must present an identity document. The User is also advised to bring the email confirming the availability of the package.
In the event that the customer does not come to pick up his order within the delivery deadlines as mentioned in article 8.1, the order will be automatically returned to SAS VIMAVI at the end of this deadline. The User will then be refunded the total amount of his order.
- Transfer of risks and specific cases:
SAS VIMAVI only controls deliveries made by members of its network. As such, the risk of loss or damage to the goods is transferred to the consumer as soon as the goods are delivered to the address chosen by the latter when placing the order. In the event that the consumer appoints a third-party logistics provider to take charge of the goods at the delivery point determined in the order to transport them to another place, SAS VIMAVI clears itself of any risk of loss and damage. damage to the goods covered by this third-party delivery. 7/ Right of withdrawal:
We offer a worldwide right of withdrawal whereby you have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days of receipt of the Product(s) without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), took possession of the Product(s) or, if your order comprised more than delivery, the last Product(s) of your order.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us.

If you revoke this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs for you having chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery which we offer - for example, express deliveries), without undue delay and within 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of revocation of this contract. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
After revocation of the contract, you are obliged to return to us all the Products belonging to your order (as well as, if applicable, any free items included in your shipment as a gesture of goodwill on our part) without any delay, at the latest within 14 days from the day on which you have given us your notice of revocation of this contract. This requirement is deemed satisfied if you send the Product(s) before the expiry of the 14-day period mentioned above.
You bear the direct costs of returning the Product(s) to us.
Upon receipt and control of your return or provision of proof of shipment of your return, the refund of the returned product(s) will be made by crediting the bank card or Paypal account used for the initial payment of the order.
The refund will appear on the account within 4 to 5 working days or at the end of the month if the bank card used is a deferred debit.
Sale items purchased on the www.my-vicky.com website are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
You bear the direct costs of returning the Product(s) to us.
You are responsible for covering any depreciation in the value of the Product(s), if such depreciation can be attributed to you by handling the Product(s) in a way that was not necessary to check the condition, features and functionality of the products.
End of the right of withdrawal notice

The offers made available on www.my-vicky.com can be used by people who are at least 18 years old. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to be at least 18 years of age or older.
You have the right to have a customer account at any time on our website. We reserve the right to remove multiple entries.
We may make changes to these terms and conditions to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods or changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in the capabilities of our system. Each of the paragraphs of these Terms and Conditions operates separately. If a court or competent authority decides that any of them are illegal or inappropriate, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force.
The provisions of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods are expressly excluded.
